This notice explains what Closers Group does with the information you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role and anything you write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details to answer your request, which usually means writing your Gap Map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record of the conversation if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are seen only by the people at Closers Group who handle your request and by the services that host this site and deliver our replies.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold or to delete it. Write to eliza.sherman@closersgroup.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will do it. If you reply "stop" to any note from us, we will not contact you again.
